Elderberry Mint Tea Jar

Flavor: Elderberry Mint

Description: This powerhouse blend soothes and nourishes with mineral-rich nettles and delivers an immune-boosting dose of vitamin C from tart elderberries and rosehips. Refreshing mint rounds it out with a bright, uplifting finish.  

Ingredients: Elderberry, nettle, rosehips, peppermint                                 

Preparation: Add 1/2 tbsp of loose tea to a tea bag, tea ball or tea pot, and steep in 8 oz of boiling water for 10 minutes. For a stronger flavor, add more tea and steep longer. Add honey for flavor.

Servings: 20-22 cups
